ORE is a Supply Foundry platform

The platform

An intelligence layer between your data and the answer.

ORE stands for Operational Response Engine. A real calculation engine works out every metric, trend and forecast first, then the AI explains what it means in plain English. Exact numbers, real statistics, no invented trends.

  3. query execution

  7. reply, chart and action

The principle

The AI is the narrator, not the calculator.

Generic AI tools hand raw rows to a language model and hope it spots the trend. ORE flips this: every figure is pre-computed, and the model only translates.

1

Real maths, done properly.

A dedicated engine works out the totals, comparisons, correlations and statistical checks behind every answer.

2

Grounded narration.

The model receives the finished result and is told plainly that these numbers are exact and must not be recalculated.

3

Lead with what matters.

Every answer opens with the single most important finding, then the action.

Analytics engine

Ask the questions you actually have.

ORE works out whether you're asking for a ranking, a trend, a comparison or a root cause, runs the right calculation, then picks the right chart and the right action for you.

Rankings and share

"Top customers by revenue." ORE groups, totals and sorts, works out each one's share and draws a clean bar chart.

Trends over time

ORE measures the real trend and how strong it is, so "is revenue actually declining?" gets an honest answer, not a guess.

Period comparisons

"Compare Q1 to Q2." It sums each period, computes the change and shows them side by side.

Composition

"Revenue by channel." Share of total across categories, charted to suit how many there are.

Correlation

How strongly two things move together, and whether the link is real or just coincidence.

Root cause

A change broken down contributor by contributor, so you can see exactly what moved the number and by how much.

Forecasting

See what's coming, not just what happened.

ORE forecasts using your weekly and yearly patterns, and stays deliberately conservative when there isn't much history. Either way you get a clear range, not false precision.

  • Revenue projection. Growth or decline over the next 90 days, with upper and lower bounds.
  • Demand by SKU. Per-product forecasts ranked by recent demand, so you order ahead of the curve.
  • Days to stockout. Velocity against stock on hand and lead time, as a ranked reorder list with the supplier named.

Prospectors

A team of AI analysts that never clocks off.

Prospectors are ORE's autonomous analysts. Each one watches part of the business: inventory, purchasing, sales, customers, logistics, finance, operations or marketing. They run every hour, work out what changed since last time, reason about what it means and act on it.

  • Anomaly detection. The freight cost, order or supplier behaving differently from the norm, tagged by severity so you know what to look at first.
  • Change detection, not alert spam. What's new, what's resolved and what's getting worse since the last run, not every time a number crosses a line.

Signals

The right insight reaches the right person.

Finding the answer is half the job. Signals turns an insight into team action, right where the data lives.

  • Share with a note. Pin a finding to a colleague with context. They see it the moment they log in.
  • Reply and @mention. Questions and decisions stay attached to the data that prompted them.
  • Prospectors raise them for you. Critical findings go straight to whoever owns that area: finance issues to finance, supplier risk to procurement.

Daniel pinned a chart for Leo

Globex Corp dropped 45% this quarter. That's $312K of annual revenue at risk. Worth a call this week.

Leo replied

On it. They're switching suppliers for one product line. I'll offer a volume discount to keep the rest.

Prospector escalated

Routed to Leo, as owner of the Globex account.

Flagship modules

Deep tools for the work each team lives in.

Beyond questions and Prospectors, each domain has a flagship module: a full application built for the way that team actually works. Subscribe to the domains you run, and only those.

Procurement Analyst

Stock turn, demand forecasting, reorder points and EOQ, dead stock and supplier comparison, in one place for the people who place the orders.

Briefs and reports

From one question to the whole picture.

Ask a big question and ORE composes a multi-section answer: executive summary, revenue, customer health, inventory, delivery performance and recommendations.

  • Analytical briefs. "How is my business performing?" returns a structured, sectioned answer right in the chat.
  • Board-ready PDFs. Monthly operations, supplier review and inventory health, with charts rendered and ready to download.
  • On a schedule. A Prospector can generate its report on the first of the month and deliver it to your desk.

Connects to what you run

One structured picture of your business.

ORE reads from MYOB Acumatica, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics via OData, and SolBox, plus CSV, Excel and direct database connections. If a system you rely on isn't on the list, Supply Foundry can build the connector.

  • Orders and order lines

Revenue, tax, discounts, channel, city and gross profit by product. The transactional heart of the business.

  • Inventory

Quantity on hand, reorder points, inventory value and velocity, the basis for every stockout projection.

  • Shipments and freight

Carrier performance, delivery delay and freight as a share of order value, where margin quietly leaks.

  • Suppliers

Lead times and performance, so a slipping supplier is visible before it becomes a stoppage.

  • Customers

Order counts, value and health, to find who is growing and who is quietly drifting away.

Built for teams

Ready for more than one person and one laptop.

Your data stays yours

Each business's data is kept isolated. It is used to answer your questions and nothing else.
